My name is Rita and I am a qualified Fitness Instructor and I have been teaching since 2006. Exercising isn't just about losing weight, it’s also about feeling great, that "feel good" factor, the feeling of achievement and watching as your body and health transforms. You may not go back to the way you were when you were younger, but you can trust that you will be a better version of yourself now.
