Online workouts start from £5 and requires monthly block booked sessions i.e. 3 days a week for 4 weeks (12 sessions per month).

Short term sessions can be booked to suit your timetable.  The cost is £10 per 45 minute session.

How to book and pay

We will have a short discovery call, usually on Whatsapp.  I will ask you a few questions about your general health and what you want to achieve with your online exercise coaching. 

If you’re happy to proceed, then we will book in our sessions at a time that suits you and I will ask you to pay for them in advance.  Paying in advance means you’re more likely to commit to your new healthy lifestyle. 

I have a number of packages that offer discounts when you pre-pay for sessions.
