Carifit, workouts for mother and baby Step Spin Body Condition, with weights (if you have no weights that’s fine, resistance workouts using just your body is just as effective!) Or with resistance bands

All workouts can be adapted to suit each individual need.
The days of trying to juggle home and work life and then finding time to go to the gym was a realisation pushed forward during the pandemic, online workouts became a lot more popular and especially for parents, it became much easier and more convenient from the comfort of your home.
Although not the same as that one-to-one experience, exercise online still has benefits: The appointment time is at your convenience, there’s no travelling so it’s time saving and flexible.

My online clients have been with me for over two years and have not looked back!
Usually the workouts are about an hour, however everyone is different with different needs and so it could be 1hour or just 45minutes depending on your program.
I design specific workout programs for each client and a little bit of homework!
Clients can contact me anytime during the day if you have any queries regarding your workout or nutrition. I work from Monday to Friday from 9am with the last lesson at 7pm in the evening.
For beginners no equipment is needed initially just a mat, once you become advanced and again depending on the workout small items may be needed.
I can also do group workouts as well as private one to one sessions.
